- Standard question set (provided by NACS). Topics can be limited to store/ campus interests, but questions cannot be customized. No additional items.
TIER 2 SERVICE
$2,000 for members
$2,500 for nonmembers
- Survey administration and fielding
- Report summarizing findings within 30 days of survey closing
- Data tables provided within 30 days of survey closing
- Open-ended comments provided, key themes included as part of the report
- Standard question set (provided by NACS) as a starting point. Additional items can be added. Partial customization (up to 10 questions) permitted.
TIER 3 SERVICE
Full Customization: Let's Talk!
- Survey administration and fielding
- Report summarizing findings within 30 days of survey closing. Report format can be negotiated.
