Over 12,000 students from the U.S. and Canada participated in the 2025 Student Watch study. The 29 participating schools spanned 13 U.S. states. Two institutions were located in Canada.

Student preference for digital materials (37%) surpassed preference for print materials (33%) for the second year in a row.
